Shortcut for Snipping Tool in Windows

Snipping Tool = Windows screen capture/screenshot tool to take region captures or full screenshots
This tool is an analogous alternative to OneNote's Screen Clipping Tool (Windows + S).

1.  Start
2. Search "Snipping Tool"
3. Right click on Snipping Tool
4.  Properties

5.  Click in the Shortcut key box & Hit the desired Shortcut (I chose "Ctrl+Alt+S" because it is similar to OneNote's shortcut)

NOTE: The snipping tool isn't active on every version of Vista. To turn it on, you’ll have to go to “Turn Windows features on or off” in Control Panel, and check the box for the Tablet PC utilities.
