Add Command Location to $PATH in Windows 7


PATH is an environment variable that holds all the executable shell commands.
PURPOSE:  jumping to a program with command prompt or terminal
TO ADD OR EDIT environment variables in Windows 7:
1.  Start > Right click on Computer > Properties
2.  Advanced System Settings
3.  Advanced Tab > Environmental Variables...
4.  Double Click on "Path"  
5.  Add new path into the “variable value” (separate values with “ ; “)
