Alternative (older method):

  3. Add POP3 Email Account
  4. Email Address: abc123@psu.edu
  5. Details automatically changed by Google
  6. Check: Keep copy of email on server
NOTE: You cannot easily transfer any old emails that exist in webmail to gmail.  The solution above will bring in new email.  To transfer old email, I'd recommend sycing & copying through outlook or thunderbird.
