GOALS & PURPOSE
To send messages from your personal gmail (joshwentz@gmail.com) and have the receiver see the business email (president@lionambassadors.com)
To receive emails to president@lionambassadors.com in our own personal inbox (joshwentz@gmail.com)
To backup all sent & received emails from president@lionambassadors.com for officers in future years to reference & utilize (so annual emails can kind of be like copying homework)
GMAIL SETTING CHANGES

Accounts and Import
Send mail as: Click Send mail from another address
Enter joshwentz@lionambassadors.com
Click Next Step
Click Send through lionambassadors.com SMTP servers (recommended for professional domains)
SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 465
Username: joshwentz@lionambassadors.com
Password: ***
Check Always use a secure connection (SSL) when sending mail
Click Add Account
Retrieve & enter verification code
GOOGLE APPS SETTING CHANGES

Forwarding and POP/IMAP
Click Forward a copy of incoming mail
In pop up window, Enter joshwentz@gmail.com
Click Next
Click OK
Retrieve & enter verification code
Choose from dropdown "mark Lion Ambassador's mail copy as read"
