How to Copy Text From a Protected Webpage

  1. Go to the web page you wish to grab the content from.
  2. Copy this code and paste it on your browser address bar:javascript:void(document.onselectstart=null)
  3. Press Enter.
  4. Copy and Paste whatever text you wish!

Excel Columns: Merge or Split Data

MERGE DATA

  1. Select a cell in a column to the right of cells
  2. To split by a space, type: =A3&" "&B3
  3. To split by a line break (enter), type: =A3&CHAR(10)&B3


SPLIT DATA

  1. Highlight cells
  2. Data Tab
  3. Text to Columns
  4. Delimited
  5. Check space, uncheck everything else
  6. Finish

  6. Password: ****
  7. Details automatically changed by Google
  8. Retrieve verification from Penn State Webmail
RETRIEVE abc123@psu.edu MAIL AT abc123@gmail.com
  1. www.work.psu.edu
  2. Change your e-mail forwarding address
  3. Enter gmail
  4. Change
Alternative (older method):
  1. Settings
  2. Accounts & Import
  3. Add POP3 Email Account
  4. Email Address: abc123@psu.edu
  5. Details automatically changed by Google
  6. Check: Keep copy of email on server
NOTE: You cannot easily transfer any old emails that exist in webmail to gmail.  The solution above will bring in new email.  To transfer old email, I'd recommend sycing & copying through outlook or thunderbird.
